Real Estate Photography

Why is it Important?

Good photos of a property are 100% necessary, the first impression is essential. If homebuyers aren’t sold on the images they see online they will probably won’t even contact you or your agent. If they agree to see it even with bad photos it can affect their perception of a home prior to seeing it and enter the door with a bad perception. A good photograph will have a positive emotion associated with the home.

Our Photo Process

Artistic direction

We know that 500 photos are not necessary to sell a house; the essential thing is to capture the correct images. When we produce a shot, we know exactly what we’re looking for. The artistic direction is what ensures that the captured images are the right ones.

The RIght Angles

It’s all about lighting and angles. We will bring out the best features of the house to dominate the angles and lighting, so it is very important to choose the time of day. We will strive to capture the right angles to make the property as desirable as possible. This means having the right and necessary equipment, taking photographs at the right level and using the available light or adding lighting to certain areas of the house, which will ensure that every room in the house looks extremely desirable.

Staged Photography

The houses must be staged. Remember how important emotion is in the purchase decision. A house with poorly fitted furniture does not produce emotion. Potential buyers should be able to imagine themselves living in the house. If the house is already furnished, we will work to reorganize some details that make it more desirable.

Tour Before

A good shot is, among other things, thanks to its preparation, which includes the time of day, the equipment and the configuration of the camera. Each and every angle should be explored before starting the photo shoot. During the initial tour, we will analyze the light exposure, experiment with indoor and outdoor lights, and take sample photos. This allows us to be more efficient at the time of the session.

The Perfect Composition

As with a painting, a photo must be composed. We will define the scene for each photo and the elements that will be included. We will define where to create horizontal and vertical lines, and where to direct the focus of the shot. At the properties for sale, the photograph must be taken in such a way that the buyer of the house is guided through the different structural elements. Straight lines and curves can add attractiveness to a house and help guide the buyer along with the image but if the photo is not taken well it can make the house look deformed and poorly done.

Postproduction is the art of choosing the right photos and improving them. We will not give you all the raw photos, but we will present you with the final selections edited and worked.
